SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messages sent by Master Construction Solutions, Inc. / Master Renovations("SiteMaster", "we", "us", or "our") through the SiteMaster construction project management platform at sitemaster.work and our SMW and SiteMaster Pro mobile applications. By opting in to receive text messages from SiteMaster, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

SiteMaster sends text messages to project participants who have consented to receive them. Messages relate to your account and the construction projects you are assigned to, and may include:

• Task and punch item assignments
• Schedule changes and job-site updates
• RFI, submittal, and approval requests that require your response
• Material and delivery notifications
• Time-sensitive safety alerts
• Replies to inquiries you submit through our website

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

2. How to Opt In

You must affirmatively opt in before we send you any text messages. Consent is collected directly from you, the owner of the mobile number, in one of the following ways:

• In-app consent. During account setup in the SiteMaster web dashboard or mobile app, you may tick a separate, unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive job-site text messages.
• Text confirmation. If your company adds you to a project and requests SMS notifications on your behalf, we will send you a single confirmation message asking you to reply YES to confirm. We will not send further messages unless you reply YES.
• Website form. If you submit an inquiry through our contact form at sitemaster.work, you may tick a separate, unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive a reply by text message.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service. You can use SiteMaster fully without enabling SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your project activity and the notification settings you select in your account.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. SiteMaster does not charge a fee for text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt back in. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by re-enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.

You may also turn off SMS notifications from within the SiteMaster app at any time, or email us at support@sitemaster.work.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@sitemaster.work or at the address below. Our help response will provide our contact information and instructions for opting out.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported.

8. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent records collected through this program will not be shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of transmitting the messages you have requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
