Account & Data

You can update your name, phone number, and profile photo at any time from Edit Profile in the web dashboard or in the SMW / SiteMaster Pro mobile app.

To permanently delete your account in SMW / SiteMaster Pro, go to Edit Profile → Delete Accountin the web dashboard or mobile app. If you are the sole Owner of a subcontractor company, you must first assign another teammate as Owner so your company's data and team remain accessible.

Common Questions

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, use the "Forgot password" option to receive a reset link by email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

I didn't receive my team invite.

Ask your company administrator to resend the invitation, and confirm the email address on file is correct. Invitation links are also visible in your company's Contacts.

The mobile app isn't syncing.

Site Master supports offline use and syncs when a connection is restored. Confirm you have network access, then reopen the app. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and app version.
